TUESDAY, 7th DECEMBER 2021 10 o’clock Room CBO1 Hartham Park marks the start of the 4-day Planning Inquiry into an Appeal by Care UK against Wiltshire Council’s rejection of their plans for an 80 bed Care Home in Pickwick. The Appeal is to be heard before Janet Wilson of the Planning Inspectorate. If this matter is of concern to you, then you should attend the Inquiry to listen to the arguments raised.
Individuals are on occasion given the opportunity to speak at an Inquiry, but unless a statement has been accepted prior to the commencement of the Hearing, that decision rests with the appointed Inspector, Janet Wilson.
